ALL FOOD sources Italian cheese for importers, distributors and retail buyers who want more than what their current supplier lists. We work directly with producers in Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy and across Italy, quality-check each lot and prepare the origin, PDO and food-safety documentation your market requires before the pallet leaves Italy.
Cheese is the category where buyers most often arrive with a specific request, because a customer asked for something they cannot find. That is the request we are built for.
What we supply
Our cheese portfolio comes from four producers, each with a different strength.
- Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, long-aged. Wheels, wedges and retail cuts from a Parma producer specialising in extended ageing. The starting point for most premium deli programmes.
- Gorgonzola PDO and Taleggio PDO. From a family dairy in Caravaggio, Bergamo, operating since 1865 and now in its fourth generation. The two northern Italian soft and blue cheeses most asked for in export markets.
- Grana Padano, pecorino and regional specialties. A full-line export selection covering PDO and regional cheeses across the peninsula, for buyers building breadth rather than depth.
- Buffalo-milk and specialty wheels. Including black-rind, naturally lactose-free Riserva Bianca. See the case study on supplying this to a US distributor.
Formats and packaging
- Whole wheels, half wheels and quarters
- Fixed-weight retail wedges and pre-packed cuts

Why buy Italian cheese from ALL FOOD
- Direct producer relationships. We visit and audit the dairies we work with, and we match you to the right one instead of pushing a single fixed list.
- We find the specific product. Most cheese enquiries start with a customer request that a general distributor cannot fill.
- Documentation prepared in Italy. PDO paperwork, lab analyses and origin certificates ready before dispatch, not chased afterwards.
- Traceable lots. Every case traces back to producer, plant and batch.
- Flexible volumes. From a mixed pilot pallet to full-container programmes.
Frequently asked questions
Can you supply Parmigiano Reggiano PDO for export?
Yes. We work with a Parma producer specialising in long-aged Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, in wheels, wedges and retail cuts, with the PDO documentation matched to the lot on the label.
Do you supply Gorgonzola and Taleggio?
Yes, both PDO, from a family dairy in Caravaggio near Bergamo that has been producing since 1865. These are the two northern Italian soft and blue cheeses most often requested by export buyers.
Can you ship Italian cheese to Australia?
Usually, but check with us first. Some dairy products require an import permit or specific heat-treatment specifications for Australia, and it depends on the cheese. Tell us the product before you plan a range around it.
Do you supply lactose-free Italian cheese?
Yes. Several long-aged Italian cheeses are naturally lactose-free, and we also supply buffalo-milk specialty wheels with clean nutritional credentials. Tell us the claim you need to make on pack and we will confirm what the producer can document.
What is your minimum order for wholesale cheese?
It depends on format. Mixed retail cuts start lower than whole wheels in bulk. Tell us the products, the channel and your destination and we will confirm the MOQ.
Ready to request cheese pricing?
Tell us the cheeses, the format and your market, and we will come back with a selection, pricing and delivery terms, usually within 48 hours.
