Italian Food Products We Source and Export

What we source, and what actually changes from one category to the next.

ALL FOOD sources authentic Italian food from selected producers in Italy and exports it to importers, distributors and retailers across six markets. The sourcing is the same in every category. The formats, the shelf life and the import rules are not. This page shows what changes where, so you know whether a category is workable for your market before you spend a month on it.

The categories

Italian Cheese

Parmigiano Reggiano at extended ageing, Grana Padano, Gorgonzola and Taleggio from a family dairy running since 1865, pecorino and regional PDO cheeses, and buffalo milk specialties. Our deepest category and the one with the most active export programmes.

Italian Olive Oil

Extra virgin olive oil, including private label and bulk formats. The cleanest category we handle from a regulatory point of view, and the one where buyers are most often sold something other than what they think they are buying.

Italian Pasta

Dry pasta and the wider ambient grain range, including foodservice formats. Straightforward to ship and straightforward to clear, which makes it a common first order for a buyer testing whether a supplier relationship works.

Italian Pastry and Bakery

Biscotti and pastry from a Tuscan producer, plus panforte and traditional Sienese sweets from an artisanal bakery in Siena. Strong as premium gift and holiday programmes. A separate frozen range serves foodservice rather than retail.

Categories without a page yet

We also source savoury snacks, preserves and regional specialties, seafood, cured meats, and a broad foodservice range covering pasta, rice, sauces and packaged products for professional kitchens. These do not have their own pages yet, but the producer relationships and the export experience are in place. The comparison table above covers what changes for each of them. Ask us and we will send the relevant producer catalogues.

Not seeing your category?

We source against a brief rather than from stock. Where we already have a producer relationship the process is fast. Where we do not, we would be sourcing from scratch for you, and we will say so rather than implying a supply line that does not exist.

Ready to source Italian food for your range?

Tell us the categories you buy, the market you sell into and the format and volume you need, and we will come back with what is genuinely available and legally shippable to you, usually within 48 hours.
