ALL FOOD is your private label Italian food supplier and export partner, based in Tuscany. We help importers, distributors and retailers launch and grow their own-brand Italian food range, including olive oil, pasta, preserves, biscotti, snacks and beverages, sourced from established Italian producers and shipped ready for your shelves.
ALL FOOD is a sourcing and export partner, not a manufacturer. We coordinate production with certified Italian producers, quality-check every batch, manage packaging and labelling in your brand, and handle the origin and food-safety documents your destination market requires. From first specification to first container, one team in Italy runs the program on your behalf.
What we private label
We coordinate own-brand programs across the categories Italian food buyers ask for most:
- Extra virgin olive oil and condiments. Full Italian olive oil range in retail bottles, tins and bulk, plus balsamic vinegar and infused oils.
- Pasta and grains. Durum wheat pasta, egg pasta, rice, farro and legume-based ranges.
- Preserves and sauces. Passata, peeled tomatoes, pasta sauces, pesto, antipasti, vegetables in oil.
- Biscotti and sweets. Cantuccini, amaretti, panforte, panettone (seasonal), pandoro and gift boxes.
- Taralli and snacks. Classic and flavoured taralli, grissini, focaccine and savoury Italian snacks.
- Soft beverages. Italian sodas, sparkling drinks and specialty non-alcoholic beverages.
How the private label process works
- Brief and product selection. Tell us the category, target market, positioning and volume you have in mind. We reply with a short list of Italian producers that fit.
- Producer match and samples. We arrange samples and full specifications so your team, and if needed your customer, can taste and approve the product before anything is committed.
- Packaging and label design. You supply the artwork and brand. We confirm the packaging format (bottle, jar, pouch, box), coordinate label printing with the producer, and check readability on-shelf.
- Regulatory review. We check ingredient statements, nutrition panels, allergen declarations, origin claims and language rules for your destination market (FDA and USDA for the USA, CFIA and SFCR for Canada, FSANZ for Australia, and so on).
- Production and quality control. The Italian producer runs your batch in an ISO 22000, BRC or IFS certified facility. We audit and quality-check lots before dispatch.
- Documentation and export. Certificates of origin, health certificates, laboratory analyses and shipping paperwork are prepared and issued together with the container.
Flexible minimum order quantities
Minimum order quantities vary by category and format. Retail-ready runs (bottled olive oil, jars of preserves, boxed biscotti) start at lower volumes than bulk programs like drummed oil or industrial-format pasta. As a rough guide:
- Retail bottled and jarred products: from a few pallets up to a mixed container.
- Boxed sweets and snacks (biscotti, taralli, gift ranges): from a partial pallet, scaling to full containers.
- Bulk formats (drums, IBC, cases for repacking): typically by the container.
Send us your product idea and target volume, and we will confirm the exact MOQ, price and lead time within 48 hours.
Certifications and quality
Every private label program leaves Italy with full documentation:
- Producer facilities certified to ISO 22000, BRC or IFS food safety standards.
- Batch-level traceability from ingredient to finished pallet.
- Chemical, microbiological and organoleptic analyses from accredited laboratories.
- Certificate of origin, EUR.1 movement certificate where applicable, and destination-market health certificates.
- Organic, PDO / PGI and other origin certifications on request, matched to the lot on the label.
Why run your private label with ALL FOOD
- Direct Italian producer network. We visit and audit the producers we work with, so we can match you with the right one instead of pushing a single fixed catalog.
- One point of contact. One team in Italy handles sourcing, packaging, compliance, quality control and export. You do not chase five vendors.
- Flexible volumes. From a first pilot pallet to a rolling multi-container program, scaling as your brand grows.
- Transparent documentation. Every lot is traceable back to producer, plant and batch, with the paperwork your customs and retailers require.
- In-market compliance. We know what US, Canadian, Australian, Middle Eastern, South American and EU buyers ask for on labels, panels and certificates.
Markets we serve
We regularly ship private label Italian food to the United States, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, South America and across the European Union. For each destination we align packaging, labelling and paperwork with the local rules:
- USA: FDA prior notice, nutrition-facts labelling, allergen and origin claims.
- Canada: CFIA and SFCR bilingual labelling and importer requirements.
- Australia: FSANZ compliance, Country of Origin Labelling, IFIS documentation.
- Middle East: halal certification (where relevant), shelf-life and Arabic labelling.
- South America and EU: destination-country language, ingredient and nutrition rules.
