ALL FOOD is your Italian food supplier and export partner for South America, based in Tuscany. We source authentic Italian food from established producers, quality-check every batch and prepare the origin and food-safety paperwork your importer, customs agent and retail customers ask for. Our team runs the Italy side of the supply chain so your buying and logistics teams can focus on selling.
ALL FOOD is a sourcing and export partner, not a manufacturer and not the importer of record in any South American market. We do not hold local product registrations and we do not guarantee clearance by ANVISA, SENASA or any other national authority, which is the role of your local importer and customs agent. What we do guarantee is that the paperwork leaving Italy is complete, accurate and matched to the destination country's requirements.
What we supply to the South American market
A short list of the categories South American buyers ask for most often.
- Extra virgin olive oil and condiments. See our Italian olive oil range.
- Italian cheeses. Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano, buffalo mozzarella, pecorino and specialty regional cheeses.
- Pasta and grains. Explore the full Italian pasta wholesale range.
- Preserves and sauces. Passata, peeled tomatoes, pasta sauces, pesto, antipasti and vegetables in oil.
- Biscotti and Italian sweets. See the full Italian pastry and bakery range.
- Taralli and savoury snacks. Traditional southern Italian baked snacks in retail and food-service formats.
- Soft beverages. Italian sodas and specialty non-alcoholic drinks for grocery and specialty retail.
Requirements differ sharply between countries in this region, particularly for dairy and meat, where the Italian producer's plant may need to be registered with the destination authority. We confirm which producers are already approved for your market before you commit to a range.
South American import compliance, handled from the Italy side
Every shipment leaves Italy with the paperwork your customs agent and importer need. We prepare the documents; your importer files the entries. Typical package includes:
- Producer and plant registration documentation for the destination authority, where the category requires it.
- Label artwork in Portuguese for Brazil or Spanish for Spanish-speaking markets, including ingredients, allergens and the nutritional table in the local format.
- Net contents, dating and storage instructions to local rules, in metric units.
- Certificates of origin, with EUR.1 or origin declarations where a preferential agreement is in force.
- Health certificates and free sale certificates, legalised where required.
- Independent laboratory analyses, chemical, microbiological and organoleptic, per lot.
- Producer facility certifications: ISO 22000, BRC or IFS.
- Organic and PDO / PGI documentation where applicable.
How we work with South American importers and distributors
- Brief. You tell us the products, destination country, retail channel (supermarket, specialty, food-service, ecommerce), volume and destination port.
- Producer match and samples. We shortlist Italian producers, prioritising those already registered for your destination, and ship samples with full specifications for approval.
- Quote and MOQ. Price, minimum order quantity, incoterms (typically FOB Italy or CIF destination port) and lead time.
- Labels and compliance review. We prepare artwork in the destination language with the nutritional table and allergen text in the local format, confirmed against that country's rules rather than a regional template.
- Production and quality control. Batch produced and audited before dispatch, with laboratory analyses issued.
- Export and documentation. Shipment consolidated, containerised and dispatched to Santos, Buenos Aires, Valparaíso or Cartagena with the paperwork pack ready for your customs agent on arrival.
Why South American buyers source with ALL FOOD
- One point of contact in Italy. Sourcing, quality, packaging, compliance and export handled by one team, so your buyer is not chasing five vendors across Europe.
- Direct Italian producer relationships. We visit and audit the producers we work with, and we can match you with the right one instead of pushing a single fixed catalog.
- Country-specific paperwork, not a regional template. Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Colombia each have their own rules, and we prepare for the one you are actually importing into.
- Traceable, transparent lots. Every case is traceable back to producer, plant and batch.
- Flexible volumes. From a mixed pilot pallet to full-container programs, scaling as your sell-through grows.

Frequently asked questions
Do you handle product registration in Brazil?
Not directly. Registration sits with your Brazilian importer. We supply the producer, plant and product documentation they need to file, and we tell you upfront which of our producers are already registered for Brazil.
Do you provide Portuguese and Spanish labels?
Yes. We prepare artwork in the destination language with the nutritional table, ingredients and allergen text in the local format, before production.
Are there import duties on Italian food into South America?
It depends on the country. Chile and Colombia have preferential arrangements with the EU that can reduce duty when the origin paperwork is correct. Mercosur countries are treated differently, so confirm the current position with your customs agent and we will issue whatever origin documentation supports your claim.
Which South American ports do you ship to?
Most commonly Santos, Buenos Aires, Valparaíso and Cartagena, in full or mixed containers.
What is your minimum order for South America?
It depends on format and destination. Mixed retail containers start lower than single-product bulk. Tell us your products, destination country and target volume and we will confirm the MOQ.
Ready to ship Italian food to South America?
Tell us your channel, the products and your country, and we will come back with a selection, pricing and delivery terms, usually within 48 hours.
