Italian Food Supplier and Exporter for the Middle East

Authentic Italian food, sourced in Tuscany and shipped ready for importers, distributors and retail groups across the Gulf and the wider region.

Gulf city skyline across the water, destination market for Italian food exports

ALL FOOD is your Italian food supplier and export partner for the Middle East, based in Tuscany. We source authentic Italian food from established producers, quality-check every batch and prepare the origin, halal and food-safety paperwork your importer, clearing agent and retail customers ask for across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and neighbouring markets. Our team runs the Italy side of the supply chain so your buying and logistics teams can focus on selling.

ALL FOOD is a sourcing and export partner, not a manufacturer and not the importer of record in any Gulf market. We do not issue halal certificates ourselves and we do not guarantee customs or municipality clearance, which is the role of your local importer and clearing agent. What we do guarantee is that the paperwork leaving Italy is complete, accurate and matched to the destination country's requirements.

What we supply to the Middle East market

A short list of the categories Gulf buyers ask for most often.

  • Extra virgin olive oil and condiments. See our Italian olive oil range.
  • Italian cheeses. Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano, buffalo mozzarella, pecorino and specialty regional cheeses.
  • Pasta and grains. Explore the full Italian pasta wholesale range.
  • Preserves and sauces. Passata, peeled tomatoes, pasta sauces, pesto, antipasti and vegetables in oil.
  • Biscotti and Italian sweets. See the full Italian pastry and bakery range.
  • Taralli and savoury snacks. Traditional southern Italian baked snacks in retail and food-service formats.
  • Soft beverages. Italian sodas and specialty non-alcoholic drinks for grocery and specialty retail.

We do not supply pork products or items containing alcohol to this region. Where a recipe traditionally includes either, we can usually source a compliant alternative from the same producer or a comparable one.

Middle East import compliance, handled from the Italy side

Every shipment leaves Italy with the paperwork your clearing agent and importer need. We prepare the documents; your importer files the entries. Typical package includes:

  • Halal certification from an approved body, arranged with the producer where the category requires it.
  • Bilingual Arabic and English label artwork, including ingredient lists and allergen declarations.
  • Production and expiry dates printed to destination-country format, with the remaining shelf life the importing market requires on arrival.
  • Certificates of origin, legalised where the destination requires it.
  • Health certificates and free sale certificates.
  • Conformity documentation for the destination market, including Saudi requirements where applicable.
  • Independent laboratory analyses, chemical, microbiological and organoleptic, per lot.
  • Producer facility certifications: ISO 22000, BRC or IFS.
  • Organic and PDO / PGI documentation where applicable.

For a worked example of the four-gate Saudi process end to end, see SFDA compliance for Italian food exports: establishment listing, per-SKU product registration, prohibited-ingredient screening and Arabic label rebuild to a confirmed first order.

How we work with Gulf importers and distributors

  1. Brief. You tell us the products, destination country, retail channel (hypermarket, specialty, HORECA, ecommerce), volume and destination port.
  2. Producer match and samples. We shortlist Italian producers and ship samples with full specifications for approval.
  3. Quote and MOQ. Price, minimum order quantity, incoterms (typically FOB Italy or CIF Gulf port) and lead time.
  4. Labels and compliance review. We confirm the destination country's rules before production, not after, and prepare Arabic and English artwork, dating and halal documentation to match.
  5. Production and quality control. Batch produced and audited before dispatch, with laboratory analyses issued and production dates planned against your shipping schedule.
  6. Export and documentation. Shipment consolidated, containerised and dispatched to Jebel Ali, Jeddah, Dammam or Hamad with the paperwork pack ready for your clearing agent on arrival.

Why Gulf buyers source with ALL FOOD

  • One point of contact in Italy. Sourcing, quality, packaging, compliance and export handled by one team, so your buyer is not chasing five vendors across Europe.
  • Direct Italian producer relationships. We visit and audit the producers we work with, and we can match you with the right one instead of pushing a single fixed catalog.
  • Arabic labels and halal handled in Italy. Certification and bilingual artwork arranged with the producer before the run, so your container is not sitting at the port over a label.
  • Traceable, transparent lots. Every case is traceable back to producer, plant and batch.
  • Flexible volumes. From a mixed pilot pallet to full-container programs, scaling as your sell-through grows.

Frequently asked questions

Can you supply halal-certified Italian food?

Yes, where the category requires it. We arrange certification from an approved body with the producer before production. Tell us the destination country, because approved certifiers differ between Gulf markets.

Do you provide Arabic labelling?

Yes. We prepare bilingual Arabic and English artwork including ingredients, allergens and dating, before the production run rather than after.

How much shelf life will the goods have on arrival?

Gulf markets set a minimum remaining shelf life on arrival and the requirement varies by country and category. We plan the production date against your shipping schedule so the stock clears, and we confirm the specific requirement for your destination before we quote.

Which Middle East ports do you ship to?

Most commonly Jebel Ali, Jeddah, Dammam and Hamad, in full or mixed containers.

Can you supply products without pork or alcohol?

Yes. We do not offer pork or alcohol-containing products for this region, and we can source compliant alternatives across cheese, pasta, oil, preserves, bakery and beverages.

Ready to ship Italian food to the Gulf?

Tell us your channel, the products and your country, and we will come back with a selection, pricing and delivery terms, usually within 48 hours.
