Alongside the Italian producers we represent, ALL-FOOD owns four brands of its own. We set the specification and control the range; production is carried out for us by established Italian producers. For an importer that means one accountable partner for the brand, the paperwork and the shipment.
San Chimento - Salumi d'Italia
Prosciutto crudo and cotto, salami, pancetta, bresaola, mortadella. Vacuum packed, 180 day shelf life on cured lines.
Le Dolci Sorelle
Italian biscotti and pastry. Frolla, sfoglia, almond, vegan lines, monoportions, tarts and cakes.
Italiana Formaggi
A selected range of Italian and European cheese, with portioning, storage, groupage and full traceability.
Italiana Distribution
The foodservice and HORECA range: pasta, rice, sauces, preserves and packaged goods for professional kitchens.
